$499 weekend+ tax, $139 per extra day; $749 weekly + tax
Minimum rental is 3 days or a weekend pickup Friday return Monday by 11:00 am.
Deposit of $250 is due at time of reservation and will be applied to the rental balance at pickup.
$500 damage deposit is due day of rental pickup. Rental must be returned in the exact condition as it left to receive your full damage deposit back. Any previous damage must be noted at the time of pickup. Damage deposit will be forfeited in full or partial, for loss of equipment, interior or exterior damage, interior or exterior cleaning, sales tax and holding tank dumping.
Leisureland reserves 2 weeks or less to return the damage deposit.
All rentals must be paid in full at the time of pickup – no refunds for early return.
Renters must be 25 years of age or older.
NO SMOKING OR PETS allowed in rental units will forfeit the Damage Deposit.
Renters must have a valid driver’s license and current, valid proof of auto insurance.
PICK UP TIME between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm. NO EXCEPTIONS!
RETURN TIME is no later than 11:00 am on scheduled day of return. NO EXCEPTIONS! Later returns are subject to a $200.00 late charge PLUS daily rental fee.
No Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday pickups or returns.
Leisureland RV reserves the right to refuse renting a unit for any reason or at any time. If your rental is refused, you will receive a full refund of all deposits paid to Leisureland.
Additional Fees:
Black & Gray holding tanks must be emptied before returning to Leisureland RV. $200 hazardous waste dump fee if not dumped.
Vehicle Requirements:
Class III hitch, brake control, 7-way wiring socket
Permanently installed hitch; 2 5/16” ball
Weight distribution hitches are available for rent, and highly recommended. ($115.00) Appointment necessary to setup.
Towing vehicle must be pre-wired for towing, required to have an operational brake control. Appointment necessary to set up.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 21 days in advance will be charged $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 21 days of departure, will forfeit rentaldeposit.
I have read and understand the policies put forth by Leisureland RV and understand my responsibilities within this policy. I understand that my non-compliance with the policies in this letter can and may cost additional monies due to noncompliance or negligence on my part, as stated above.
