Today’s high-performance air conditioners are only as good as the systems that deliver the cooled air to your coach. Keystone’s new, patented Blade™ air handling system completely re-engineers RV ductwork and vent systems to deliver an average of 20% more cooling power*. Brilliantly designed to accelerate airflow with duct elbows and wyes that feature enlarged inlets and narrow as they push cooled air from the air conditioner through the full length of the ducting. Inspired by Keystone’s Tuf-Lok™ duct connector design, the Blade™ system completely eliminates ALL failure-prone foil tape seals with the addition of new injection-molded duct inlet connectors and end-run caps, a new vent diffuser featuring a “collar” connector, and a redesigned A/C plenum box constructed from foil-faced foam board wrap. With these components, Blade addresses each common failure point: smoothing air flow, reducing leaks, and minimizing cooling performance loss over time.

The Blade™ signature vent collar and diffuser creates convection air currents within the coach, delivers 360° cool air circulation, and eliminates hot and cool spots. The new Blade vent also gives owners the ability to adjust air flow if they choose.

A long-time RV owner recently stood in our office and pronounced that auto-leveling and slide rooms were the industry's two greatest inventions, and we have to agree. As great as slide rooms are, it's important to remember that they aren't all created equal.

When shopping for a new RV, look for slides that are well-engineered and well-built to both keep water out and stand up to the mechanical stresses of moving hundreds of pounds in and out of your coach.

The Innovation Lab's Tru-Fit™ Slide contruction tackles durability and weather protection head on.

With custom-engineered frames for every floorplan, Keystone RV eliminates the compromises other manufacturers are forced to make as they try to adapt new floorplan designs to work with stock frames. Keystone's Tru-Fit frame design optimizes each slide's position to reduce stress on the structure and motor, resulting in a more durable build and consistent performance. A flexible rubber seal is added to both the slide-out structure and the side wall, doubling the RV's protection against the elements.

The result? More durable and weather-resistant slide rooms that are most definitely built for the long haul.

12V Distribution Center

Keystone RV's Giggy Box consolidates 12V wiring into a single connection with an optional battery disconnect. Available on most Keystone A-frame travel trailers and fifth wheels manufactured after 2021.

What's inside the Giggy Box 12V power distribution center?

• 7-way bargeman cord connections with distribution block, color-coded to SAE standards
• battery disconnect available as standard equipment or as an aftermarket option on some models
• automotive-grade, auto-resettable fuses (better known as mini breakers)
• inline fuse connections

Based on customer input, Keystone Innovation Lab's Giggy Box was developed to organize and centralize an RV's 12V wiring connections. When appropriately equipped, it also allows owners turn off all 12V power to the RV—eliminating parasitic draw that can cause dead batteries. While the battery disconnect cuts power to 12V components, it maintains power to the breakaway switch for safety. If the RV has a solar power system, the batteries will still be charged when the disconnect is in the OFF position.

Designed to make it easy for owners to service, the back of the Giggy Box lid features an easy-to-read diagram identifying every item and circuit. Components, including a 7-way bargeman cord, auto-resettable fuses, and battery disconnect, can be easily removed, serviced and/or replaced. Please use caution when working on your RV. Ask any camper, trying to get the television to work in an RV has been famously difficult. So in 2019, the Keystone Innovation Lab partnered with some of our suppliers to figure out a better way for Keystone owners to both connect to entertainment options and make that connection more reliable. Enter KeyTV™, Keystone RV's EXCLUSIVE multi-source signal controller takes the guesswork out of RV television operation and improves the signal quality at each television in your coach.

• Cable, satellite, and over-the-air connections go through a single access point, the KeyTV™ controller, typically located in or by an exterior storage compartment.
• A "home-run" line from the controller connects the entertainment feed directly to each television in the RV. This eliminates 50% of unnecessary cable, splitters, jumpers, and multiple connections which degrade signal quality and result in poor picture and audio quality.
• The antenna booster is located in the KeyTV controller so owners always know where it is and don't have to guess.
• Auto-sensing technology eliminates frustrating A/B switches. KeyTV knows when the camper is hooked up to cable and automatically switches the feed from the over-the-air signal to cable.
• Requires no additional wiring for satellite hookup and is compatible with most DISH®, DirecTV®, Shaw, and Bell products.
• Allows owners to connect a satellite receiver on any television in the coach.
• Color-coded wiring makes it clear which connection point feeds which monitor.

1-YEAR LIMITED BASE WARRANTY

Effective for Keystone recreational vehicles manufactured on or after September 1, 2017. The Keystone limited base warranty covers your RV for a period of (1) year from the date of purchase by the original owner. Transferable during the warranty period. The limited warranty covers defects in materials & workmanship supplied by and attributed to Keystone’s manufacturing & assembly of the RV. In addition, for the first year of ownership, the Keystone RV owner relations team will also process all warranty claims for vendor components.* Truly one-stop service.

3-YEAR LIMITED STRUCTURAL WARRANTY

This warranty is effective for Keystone recreational vehicles manufactured on or after September 1, 2017. The limited structural warranty covers your RV for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase by the original owner.
